Today’s late afternoon featured Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE:DB) (ETR:DBK) announcing third quarter litigation costs of 894 euro, or $1.1 billion U.S. dollars.

“Deutsche Bank today announced that it expects to publish litigation costs of EUR 894 million for the third quarter 2014.
