A Recessionary Retail Sales Picture – Which President Has Seen the Worst Retail Sales?
On a month-over-month basis, U.S. Retail Sales came in flat, with online sales up 0.8%.
The weaker-than-expected retail picture suggests that analysts might want to add “recession” into their vocabulary after more than 5 years of little use.
