American Apparel Gets $300M Takeover Bid From Investor Group

American Apparel has received a new $300 million buyout offer from Hagan Capital Group and Silver Creek Capital Partners as its bankruptcy case nears its close. The latest buyout offer is backed by the founder and former chief executive Dov Charney, who was ousted by his own board in 2014.
