How To Find Good Businesses

How to find good businesses and what should look in a company? It is a thoughtful process that can take time to do it. It is important to look at businesses carefully and ignore everything that does not matter happening around. Viewing the companies’ financial statements before knowing its stock price is one of Warren Buffet’s strategies that helps him identify if the company is undervalued. Searching data beyond the basic price to earnings (P/E), price to book (P/B) and earnings per share (EPS) ratios is enormously significant to find if the business is worth buying.
