Jacobs Asset Management's JAM Partners was up 3.2% net for the second quarter, bringing its year-to-date returns to 1% for the first half of the year after Q1's decline. For comparison, the S&P 500 gained 4.3% in Q2 and 18.5% for the first half of the year, while the KBW Bank Index gained 5.5% for the quarter and 15.9% for the first six months.
