Bill Ackman says he has evidence that Allergan, Inc. (NYSE:AGN) officials knowingly delivered false and misleading information to their investors regarding the Valeant Pharmaceuticals Intl Inc (NYSE:VRX) (TSE:VRX) takeover bid. He just hasn’t personally seen the evidence yet.
