Bain Capital Invests In Sundial Brands

Bain Capital is shopping in the personal care aisle. The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday that the Boston-based private equity firm has taken a minority stake in Sundial Brands LLC, a maker of skin care and health care products. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but WSJ said a person familiar with the matter indicated it values Sundial at $700 million. The company’s annual revenue is about $200 million.
