Bank of America Corp (NYSE:BAC) said Tuesday it had resubmitted a revised capital plan to the Federal Reserve following a capital error that caused it to shelve the original plan. The bank said Tuesday that the changes will lead to less than a one basis point reduction in reported capital ratios for the period that ended Sept. 30, 2013 and will have no effect for the period that ended March 31 of this year.
