Ben Bernanke Will Be Forced To Testify In AIG Lawsuit [REPORT]

Excerpts from the report are below.

On whether outgoing Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke will be forced to testify in the AIG lawsuit:

“Ben Bernanke, the former Fed Chair who was intimately involved in the bailout of American International Group Inc (NYSE:AIG), from what we hear, we are getting this from Hank Greenberg’s attorneys, he will be giving testimony in this case….when he gives testimony is unclear. From what I understand the federal judge that’s in the middle of this, Thomas Wheeler, is saying that he is going to have to give this testimony sometime in February.”
