Blackrock, Fidelity Being Examined By FSOC
BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK) and Fidelity National Financial Inc (NYSE:FNF) are among the first asset managers to be examined by the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) to determine whether they are systemically important financial institutions (SIFI).
