As numerous headlines trumpet the labor market’s apparent strength based on certain data points, closer analysis suggests all might not be as rosy as some might believe. In a recent presentation, Convoy Investments, founded by former Bridgewater employees Wenquan Wu and Howard Wang, highlighted some important indicators that suggest those headline labor numbers might not suggest what central bankers think they do.
