Chilton Capital Management’s REIT strategy produced a total return of 29.8% net of fees in 2019, according to a copy of the firm’s third-quarter performance update, a copy of which has been reviewed by ValueWalk. On a gross basis, Chilton’s REIT Composite index returned 30.9%, compared to a total return of 25.8% for the MSCI US REIT Index.
