Cohen’s SAC Might Be Criminally Charged By Prosecutors This Week

Federal prosecutors are preparing to charge as early as this week the $15 billion hedge fund run by SAC Capital Steven Cohen. Though a number of individuals might face criminal charges, Steven Cohen however, will not be charged for alleged insider trading that the hedge fund has been subjected to for the past decade. The planned charges would mark the end of a year-long probe by the prosecutors against SAC Capital. Earlier, it was reported that the U.S. prosecutors have concluded that they don’t have sufficient evidence to convict Steven Cohen before a July deadline. Insiders in SAC too indicated…
