Like most other hedge funds, ADW Capital was in the red for the first quarter, returning -27.34%. The S&P 500 was down 4.6% for the first three months of the year, while the Russell 2000 was down 7.53%, and the Russell 2000 Value Index was off by 2.4%. Since its inception in 2011, ADW Capital has recorded an annualized return of 19.79%. The fund has outperformed the S&P 500’s 14.22% annualized return, the Russell 2000’s annualized return of 10.46%, and the Russell 2000 Value Index’s 9.8% annualized return over the same timeframe.
