On December 8, 2014, Stanford’s Arthur and Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance hosted the panel discussion “Berkshire Beyond Buffett: The Enduring Value of Values” examining the inner workings of a highly unique organization that is well regarded for a reputation of integrity.

The discussion was moderated by Brian Tayan, and featured Lawrence Cunningham, author of Berkshire Beyond Buffet and Professor of Law at George Washington University; Susan L. Decker, Director, Berkshire Hathaway Corporation, Costco Wholesale Corporation, and Intel Corporation; Brad Kinstler, President & CEO of See’s Candies and a longtime Berkshire Hathaway team member; and famed investor Tom Russo, partner at Gardner Russo & Gardner., partner at Gardner Russo & Gardner as panelists.
