Stanley Druckenmiller called out Google as a good long position in November 2013 at the Robin Hood conference, but it seems he missed out on the big win that came along with last night’s earnings report. Google parent Alphabet smashed earnings estimates and came out ahead on revenue as well, but regulatory filings suggest that Druckenmiller’s Duquesne Family Office exited Google at some point in the fourth quarter of 2014. Of course we don’t have the fourth quarter 13F filing yet, so there’s always a chance he took a fresh stake late last year.
