Eni SpA (NYSE:E) (BIT:ENI), Total SA (NYSE:TOT) and Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE:RDS.A) (NYSE:RDS.B) want to develop Italy with the aim of almost doubling the current output of 101,000 barrels a day.
