FTC Charges T-Mobile With "Cramming"

Cell phone carrier T-Mobile US Inc (NYSE:TMUS) has been accused by the Federal Trade Commission of “cramming” bogus bills into customer’s monthly bills and continued the process well after it was discovered. T-Mobile placing hidden charges in phone bills Business Insider is reporting that T-Mobile US Inc (NYSE:TMUS) has been placing hidden charges in phone bills for premium third-party texting services that weren’t authorized by customers.  This generated “hundreds of millions of dollars” through such charges.
