Goldman's Kostin Proclaims P/E Multiple Expansion Is "Over"

In September of 2014, Goldman Sachs had predicted the U.S. dollar was going to rise and advised clients to purchase small cap equities with low exposure to currency risk. In part that theme is slightly re-appearing ten months later, based on a recent Goldman research report.
