U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Henry Boroff has ruled that the GT Advanced Technologies Inc (OTCMKTS:GTATQ) and Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) keeping secrets about their failed business deal is unnecessary. The much maligned deal, which led to the surprise bankruptcy of GT Advanced, was recently settled between the two companies.
