11:50 AM EST: Gottfried is presenting the long case of WPX Energy Inc (NYSE:WPX) which was spun off from Williams Companies, Inc. (NYSE:WMB) last year. Trades at 8x free cash flow.

12:00 PM: WPX Energy Inc (NYSE:WPX) has higher administrative costs than competitors because of its conservative accounting principles.

12:05 PM: Gottfried says that his bullish take on WPX Energy Inc (NYSE:WPX) is not influenced by the rising natural gas prices. Says WPX is not levered like its competitors are.

12:06 AM: WPX up over 2 percent, trading at $16.83.
