Phil Falcone’s Harbinger Capital Partners and LightSquared urged a bankruptcy judge to reject a takeover effort by DISH Network Corp (NASDAQ:DISH). Harbinger and LightSquared said the Dish deal is inferior to LightSquared’s proposal to reorganize on its own.
