Hawk Ridge Management generated a net return of 9.5% in 2021, according to a copy of the firm’s year-end letter, which ValueWalk has been able to review. While the letter points out that this was the firm’s 13th consecutive year of generating a positive absolute investment return, the fund underperformed its peer group during 2021.
