Joseph Stiglitz Suggests HFT Tax

In a recent talk at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Nobel Prize-winning economist Joseph Stiglitz suggested taxing high frequency trading as a way to effectively stop the practice without an outright ban.
