This month's most dubious IPO is the Las Vegas-based Lingerie Fighting Championships (LFC). There are no prizes for guessing LFC's business model. From the prospectus relating to the public offering:
"We are a development-stage media company, which is in the process of developing and implementing a program of original entertainment which we plan to make available predominantly through live entertainment events, as well as through digital home video, broadcast television networks, video-on-demand and digital media channels.
