MacBook Pro (Touch Bar) vs. Microsoft Surface Book

Last month, Apple and Microsoft announced upgrades to its MacBook Pro and Surface Book hybrid respectively. Apple’s key innovation was a Touch Bar, replacing the row of function keys on the keyboard. The Touch Bar has received mixed reviews. Some say it brings the “iPhone to the MacBook” in ease of use, some others see it as a gimmick and some oldtimers sorely miss the function keys.
