McIntyre Partnerships Outperforms With Conservative Value Stocks

Chris McIntyre’s McIntyre Partnerships seems to be holding up relatively well in the current market. The firm returned 1% in the first quarter and lost just 5.7% in the second quarter, for a year-to-date net loss of 5.4% compared to -17.3% for the Russell 2000 value index. That’s according to a copy of the firm’s second-quarter investor update, a copy of which ValueWalk has reviewed. Following this performance, since its inception at the beginning of 2017, McIntyre has produced a net annualized return for investors of 12.8% compared to 4.4% for the index.
