MetroPCS Communications Inc (NYSE:PCS) shares fell by more than 2 percent today after the company’s board recommended a merger deal that would see the company become part of the Deutsche Telekom AG (FRA:DTE) (PINK:DTEGY) (ETR:DTE) family.
