UPDATE 12:49 EST: CNBC reports: Nasdaq indexes have resumed trading Update 12:37 EST: According to the information released by Nasdaq OMX Group Inc (NASDAQ:NDAQ) the problem is being caused by its Global Index Data Service that it introduced in 2012. The fact that stocks are trading normally was reiterated by the company. The options halted by today’s problem are apparently the SOX, OSX, NDX and HGX options.
