The billionaire investor and founder of Oaktree Capital, Howard Marks, took a series of questions at this year’s Sohn San Francisco Investment Conference.

Marks is a Wall Street legend. He founded Oaktree in 1995 after spending ten years working at The TCW Group, Inc, where he was responsible for distressed debt investing.
