What was once considered a long-shot legal challenge to “Obamacare” has been approved by a Federal Appeals court, dealing a major blow to the fledgling government healthcare solution. Obamacare participants are not eligible for tax subsidies By a 2-1 ruling, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
