Mohnish Pabrai’s Pabrai Investment Funds shot the lights out in 2017 with the firm’s three funds, PIF2, PIF3, and PIF4, gaining 92.2%, 109.2%, and 62.4% respectively for the year versus a 21.8% gain for S&P 500.
Gains across Pabrai’s investment portfolio helped drive these profits, but one investment proved to be more lucrative than all the others.
