Amid big Supreme Court ruling over Salman Insider Trading has a new era arrived? In a relatively quick and unanimous decision, the US Supreme Court ruled in favor of prosecutors in a much-watched insider trading case. After hearing the case October 5 amid differing lower court rulings, the justices, who have a history of splitting along party lines, ruled 8-0 against defendant Bassam Salman Tuesday.
