Seth Klarman Blasts “Unbiased Regulation” In Trump Administration But Does Not Provide Much Evidence

In his 2018 year-end letter to investors, Baupost founder Seth Klarman didn’t hold back when it came to criticizing US President Donald Trump. In particular, he indicated that “unbiased regulation” was an issue amid Trump targeting businesses and individuals he does not personally like. The letter offered no evidence to support the notion of regulatory bias.
