Standard & Poor's announced Tuesday it is cutting the credit ratings of three major European banks: Credit Suisse Group AG (NYSE:CS), Barclays PLC (NYSE:BCS) (LON:BARC) and Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE:DB) (ETR:DBK).
