TT European Fund Slips In August, Cautious On Euro Recovery

TT International believes that it is unlikely that the European Central Bank will take up a full-scale QE program, like the U.S., before spring of 2015. In a monthly letter seen by ValueWalk, the fund said that ECB will use the sovereign bond repurchase option only as a last-ditch effort.
