Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) is moving quickly on public harassment before the issue gets out of hand. Stories of “trolls,” as they are known, have been legendary on social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) and other areas used to intimidate, demean and embarrass others.  Stories such as that of Kathy Sierra being bullied and terrified, to the girlfriend of married hedge fund executive taunting his wife with tweets.
