Wonder what business book devotees would think about a book explaining the value of decentralization. It is an important emerging trend, percolating up from middle managers yet one many at the top still fear. They need not. Berkshire Hathaway is the exemplar. Successful principles can illustrated by annotated org charts I’ve been creating for BRK headquarters through major subsidiaries (mostly also decentralized). Step 1 here.
