Hedge Fund Compensation Trends Hedge fund managers receive enhanced compensation when compared to asset managers, according to a new study from U.K.-based Emolument.com.  The study is based on 852 entries based in the USA conducted during 2015 and 2016. 74 percent of those surveyed  worked at a form located in New York or Connecticut. Tracking pay using standard banking job titles, the study showed that the highest compensation differential occurs at the highest levels within the organization.
