HSBC: Global Equity Fund Outflows Highest On Record

The outflow from global equity funds during the first half of 2016 is the highest on record according to a Global Equity Strategy research note published by HSBC earlier this week. Concerns about the state of the global economy, market volatility and the prospect of Brexit have all weighed on investor sentiment so far this year driving money towards safe-haven US bonds.
