Skip Tague Managing Member of RBI Capital is worried about markets. In his full-year 2017 letter to partners, he wonders if “the market has changed permanently” thanks to its lack of volatility and momentum moves. “2017 was very similar to 2013 in terms of price momentum,” he writes in the letter, a copy of which has been reviewed by ValueWalk, an occurrence that the team at RBI “was a 1-in-10-year occurrence, not a 2-in-5-year.”
