NASDAQ to Settle with Investors Tomorrow over Facebook IPO

FOX Business Network (FBN) Senior Correspondent Charlie Gasparino is reporting that NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:NDAQ) is going to announce a settlement with investors who lost money on the Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) IPO tomorrow.
