Omni Macro Shuts Down, Tudor Slashes Fees

The upheaval of the hedge fund industry continues as the Omni Macro Fund, one we have covered extensively in the past, is shutting down after nine years in business. The Omni Macro Fund was managed by CIO Stephen Rosen, who is now leaving the firm. Omni Partners has decided to shutter the macro fund after Rosen’s exit. Omni Macro is so far down 7.08% for the year through May 13, according to returns from HSBC Hedge Weekly. Omni Macro up 8.4% in 2015 The firm says Rosen is leaving in order to pursue other goals and ambitions (full statement below)….
