Shorts in British property companies have been on the rise, as more hedge funds disclose short positions in real estate in the U.K. As first noted by Miles Johnson and Kate Allen from the Financial Times, a number of property retailers have attracted rising short interest. Foxtons reports subdued sales Shorts rose in London-based estate retailer, Foxtons Group, over the last month.
