Puerto Rico’s November economics data reveals early signs of stabilization of the Commonwealth’s economy, according to an industry report from Sterne Agee. Todd L. Hagerman and Robert Greene of Sterne Agee point out for the first time since November 2012, the Puerto Rico’s EAI posted its third consecutive positive month-over-month growth rate.
