Granite Real Estate Investment Trust has made progress in transforming its operations over the past year, but there’s still more to be done, that’s according to Stephen Loukas of FrontFour Capital who pitched the stock at the 2017 Sohn London investment conference.

Activist fund FrontFour first revealed its position in the Canada listed REIT earlier this year. The firm attracted the attention of activists after conducting a strategic review in 2015, which concluded (after exploring several options) that its existing strategy at the time was the best course.
