Highly doubt whether Mr. August can substantiate his claims that the ‘Scuttlebutt Research’ showed that ‘people are really unhappy with the site and the sub numbers are really going to be disappointing’. Almost impossible to make such a claim as unless he has insider information there’s not enough data to make this determination. Statements are being made purely to drive the stock price down so Mr. August and his firm benefit. Having been in the industry this is the type of misinformation that the S.E.C. would investigate.
